The beds were comfortable, but the staff weren’t especially friendly. A few outlets in my room didn’t work, and I could hear noise from the nearby alleys at times. There should also be another wastebasket outside the bathroom. And keep in mind, even the water in the fridge costs extra.

The room was spacious and clean, but the lack of parking made this a poor fit for a family arriving by car. When we asked the reception for help, they brushed us off and said they didn’t need our business. They told us to park there if we could, and said tourists would spend money anyway because it was peak season. This was my first visit, and I won’t return.

The location near the city center was handy, and the rooms were clean once we got one that had been prepared. My stay began with a mix-up: I’d booked a Deluxe Double Room With Balcony on the 6th floor through Trip, but staff took me to a room on the 4th floor without a balcony. The staff member seemed unsure about the room types and said rooms might not look like the photos. I accepted that, but room 401 hadn’t been cleaned either. After calling reception, I was moved to a different room on the 6th floor that afternoon. The toilet there was another problem. Its water pressure was so weak it wouldn’t flush. Reception arranged a repair on day one, and it worked normally the next day, but clogged again on day three. I hope the hotel learns from this.

The room was clean and pretty, with a comfortable bed and the amenities I needed. It was also reasonably priced, close to the city center, and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The hotel was helpful throughout, from letting me check in early in the morning to lending me an iron and parking my motorbike. They also replied right away to my questions before I arrived.
