The girl working here is super friendly, speaks good English, and always has a happy smile. She’s ready to help, too. The room is a reasonable size, the bed is softer than some I’ve slept in in Vietnam, and it wasn’t too noisy. There are five power points in the main room, by both sides of the bed and two by the table or desk, plus one in the bathroom. The foyer looks good and there’s a lift. The window and balcony are there, but the balcony is locked, so the sliding doors can’t be opened, and the room key doesn’t fit. The bedside lamp has an English plug, which I couldn’t use since the room only has Vietnamese power points. The fridge is mouldy, the bathroom is pokey, and the shower is filthy. Its showerhead is broken and sprays from the stem, though the water temperature is okay.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent. The room was clean enough, and there wasn't any bad smell in the bathroom. It would suit a couple or a family.

For basic essentials and the price, it’s worth staying here, especially if you only use the room to sleep, like I did. The location is the main draw: a 5 minute Grab ride gets you to the Da Lat Night Market, and there are lovely clothing shops and some of the best street food nearby. I stayed for 2 nights and honestly think it was worth it for the location.

The internet kept cutting out, and the room was filthy and damp, with dust and cockroaches. The sheets felt wet from the humidity, which was horrible. For me, this was the worst hotel ever, and I do not recommend it.

It’s near central Dalat, including Dalat Market, Cafe Tung, and Hoa Binh Theatre. The room was okay, and the price was reasonable.
