The location is handy, about a 15 minute walk to the market and lake. The building is a four storey shophouse converted into a hotel, so only the rooms at the front and back have windows. My room was dusty, and pipes and shower heads were leaking. Housekeeping needs a lot of improvement.

The room was okay, and the location was okay too, though Dalat is a funny city to get around. The Agoda listing said our room had AC, but there wasn't any. Mornings were really noisy, with a staff member clomping around in high heels on the tiled floor for hours. It was annoying, to say the least.

I had paid in advance for a reservation, but when I arrived, he said there was no booking and the hotel was full. It was late, raining, and I was traveling by bicycle. I asked if he could help find somewhere else, but he only smiled and said everywhere was full. Thanks for nothing.

The hotel is very clean and in a good location. They also leave simple ramen and snacks in each room.
