We lasted an hour, while my husband showered, then left for another hotel. I grew up in VN and have stayed in lots of hotels there and in the US; my husband has traveled in some poorer countries. This was still bad enough that I feel future guests should know. Our Superior Double Room was extremely musty. There wasn’t visible mold, but the comforter felt damp, not cold. There was no window and no airflow. We’re from a colder US state, and I know rooms can be ventilated. The bathroom had visible dirt, which my husband washed away when he showered. At check-in, the receptionist was playing on his phone. We stood waiting with our passports until he finished, then got a key and waited for instructions. He sat down and went back to his phone until we asked where to go. There weren’t any recent reviews, and I should’ve taken that as a warning.

We slept well in a comfortable bed, and the room was bright with natural light and quiet at night. The staff were really friendly, and room service was nice. It’s in a great spot near a lovely little bakery and the night market. I’d happily stay here again and again.

A friend suggested this hotel, and I’m glad I listened. It’s central, so many attractions are easy to reach on foot, and the neighborhood has plenty of good restaurants and nice coffee shops. The staff were especially welcoming and spoke English, which made things easier for me. The room was clean and cozy, with tasteful decorations and stylish furniture. You can also buy coffee at reception and have it whenever you like.

I stayed at “Lucas Inn” last month during a trip to Da lat city. The people at reception were polite and kind, and the hotel felt really cosy. It’s also conveniently located, so getting to popular places was easy. I have no complaints and would highly recommend a visit. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Da lat city ❤️

I had the best sleep of the week, then woke up to a homemade breakfast and a beautiful sunrise. My partner and I had a comfortable room that felt like home. Every room has its own style, and ours felt more like a bedroom than a standard hotel room. I loved how homey it was.
