The helpful, friendly staff, central location, and good value made this an 11/10 stay for me. I'm from Cambodia, and this was my first visit to Dalat. I arrived in the morning, but they let me check in at 9am without an extra charge, even though check-in normally starts at 2pm. They also rent motorbikes, which was really useful. The staff helped me find places and recommended some spots to visit. There are lots of restaurants nearby, so it was easy to get breakfast and explore the city. It's in the city center and easy to get anywhere from here. I'll recommend it to my friends.

The location was a big plus, and we felt very safe. Our room had everything we needed for a short stay, with lots of space, cleanliness, and a great bathroom. The staff often had smiles on their faces, which made us feel really comfortable.

The woman at reception was really friendly. At checkout, though, another employee asked us to pay for sweets we hadn't eaten. Take a photo of the food in the room when you arrive.

We picked this hotel because it was close to our business meeting. The room was clean and quiet, with simple decor that was fine for our stay. Staff were accommodating and helped with taxis and other things we needed.

We were there for three weeks, and the polite, friendly staff made us feel welcome every day. The room was spacious and had a city view, though traffic noise came through a little. It was about a 10-minute walk to the lake and Big C supermarket. There was a kettle and fridge, the WiFi worked fine, and housekeeping kept things clean and tidy each day.
