I spent hours waiting, then had to carry my things to another hotel. The receptionist wouldn't check me in because they didn't know Hotels.com, where I'd booked. I'd paid the full non-refundable price and showed my confirmation, but that didn't help. While I waited, Hotels.com support called the hotel many times and nobody answered. I was exhausted. What a nightmare trip.

The room was comfortable and the hotel was clean and nice. The price wasn't too high, and it's easy to get to restaurants. Da lat market isn't very far away.

The place is small, and there were two holes in the bathroom ceiling. The soap dispenser was barely filled.

Nothing fancy, just a basic room that did the job. It was clean and spacious, with a big toilet and strong water pressure.

Our room still wasn't ready even though we'd booked well in advance. The hotel was average, and they wouldn't accept credit card payments.
