The staff member was helpful with translation for our drivers and arranged cars to the airport. That was the best part of the stay. We expected more comfort and luxury for the higher room price, but came away disappointed. It's quite far from town, so getting around was inconvenient, and although Tuyen Lake is within walking distance, our room didn't have much of a view. The water heater was unreliable, which was especially uncomfortable in the cold weather. Cigarette smoke in the corridors and common areas also affected the experience. Aside from the staff service, it didn't meet our expectations.

The setting at Villa Mimosa Forest Hotel is beautiful, with nature all around. Our room was great and had coffee service, and we found restaurants just a short walk away. The staff made us feel welcome and looked after us well. We'd most certainly return! Peter & Jennifer Ottawa Canada

It's easy to walk around from here, and there are nice restaurants nearby. The hotel was very nice and clean, and the staff were always ready to help. Don't hesitate, it's worth the price.
