We came back to Moon Valley Villas for a second stay, which says a lot about the first one. The place is well situated, within a short walk of lively, popular spots in Da Lat, but still quiet and peaceful. Rates can vary by season, though we’ve found the value consistently reasonable for what you get. Both check-ins were smooth, including at odd hours, and the attentive staff spoke decent English. One staff member even carried both our suitcases upstairs. There’s no elevator, which fits the old villa character. We were told the building once belonged to a very wealthy family. The room from our first visit was our favorite, a little bigger, laid out better, and with a huge balcony. Both rooms were very clean, nearly spotless, and the bathrooms had good facilities, strong water pressure, and dependable hot water, welcome in Da Lat’s chilly weather. We got there extremely early before sunrise on the first visit and were too tired to take photos or videos. Reasonable prices, cleanliness, and warm hospitality are why we were glad to return.

The staff’s thoughtfulness stood out most. In weather below 10°C, they brought us a heater without being asked, and before we left they washed our car. Seeing it spotless in the morning was a small gesture that stayed with us. The property was impeccably clean throughout, and the attentive service felt rare. Moon Valley Villas Đà Lạt delivers real hospitality and deserves five stars.

We booked a deluxe valley room and were very happy with it. The room was cozy, and the balcony view was exactly what we wanted. Staff were ready to help and very helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time at Moon Valley and recommend it completely.

Moon Valley hotel is a little gem, quietly tucked away from Dalat’s busy centre. It’s a 10 to 15 minute walk to the lake and town centre, with a couple of good little restaurants and coffee shops just five minutes away. Our two balcony rooms had valley views just as promised. The rooms are simple and clean, and the staff were pleasant and helpful, especially someone whose name I can’t recall, who couldn’t do enough for us. I’d happily recommend it to anyone who wants a simple stay without the luxury of a 5-star hotel. After seeing what else Dalat has to offer, I think this place is a great find.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and cozy, with an amazing view. What I loved most was the service, the staff were so friendly and nice. I’d love to come back when I visit Da lat again, and I highly recommend staying here 🫶
