There’s a lovely view and plenty of nice cafés around, and it’s close to everything in Dalat. The owners rent out their motorbikes whenever you need one. Bring insect repellent ;) and keep in mind the neighbours can be noisy when they party.
A pleasant place to stay in Dalat, near the city centre and Crazy House.
We booked a room for my family from August 31st to September 3rd, 2024, at the end of July. Two weeks later, the homestay contacted us about water system repairs and asked us to cancel. Then, on August 22nd, 2024, I checked the Moonlight page on Booking.com and saw rooms available at a higher price. It’s frustrating and disappointing to see this from a place with such a beautiful location. Their behavior seems rather strange.
The host was friendly and gave enthusiastic support when some problems came up during our stay. The price was cheap and the service quality was good.
The flowers and trees around the house were lovely, and the hosts were kind and welcoming. We were six people sharing a house with three double beds and just one toilet. They let us use another toilet outside, which made it manageable. Since the house sits on a hill, the view was especially beautiful early in the morning.
