Nature Boutique Hotel - Nguyen Thi Nghia

The service was good, and they have good umbrellas for rainy weather. But I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The rooms have terrible soundproofing, and the place was very noisy. Our sink was clogged, half the lamps didn't work, and the bed was pretty hard. The pillows were very, very tall. It's also a little far from the city center.

The rooms are lovely, and the hotel is very close to the city center. There are lots of local restaurants nearby, as well as the famous street food market.

We found the area around the hotel quiet and peaceful, even though it's centrally located and fairly close to popular spots like Xuan Huong Lake and Dalat Night Market. Inside, sound carries badly between rooms and through the hallway, especially in the morning. We didn't hear much street noise, but there was almost no soundproofing otherwise. Some furniture, including the closet, needed renovation, and other things like the curtains weren't very clean. The walls were a bit dirty too. The bath towels felt coarse and rough, perhaps because the hotel doesn't use fabric softener. It was an okay stay. We'd really appreciate the management fixing those issues.

The staff were nice, the Wi-Fi was good, and the location was okay. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. What caught us off guard was that the room was in the basement, with no window. The booking didn't make that clear, so read the fine print to check whether your room has a window. We were only there for two nights, which made it manageable, but it wasn't pleasant.
