We skipped breakfast after reading earlier reviews and picked up pastries from a nearby bakery instead. The front desk staff we spoke with were friendly, and our room was cleaned by the time we got back after lunch each day. We stayed 4 nights and thought it was good value. Our top-floor room was spacious and clean, with a balcony overlooking the city. The bathroom layout worked well, with the sink separate from the toilet and shower. The location is very good, near the night market and shops, and there was always a Grab car just a few minutes away. We could leave our bags at reception when we arrived. There's only one small lift, and it can be slow, so we took the stairs a few times. We used the fan throughout our January stay, so I imagine it would get very hot in summer.

The street-facing room was noisy in the morning, but the staff were funny and friendly. We were here over Tet Holiday, and getting to the Night Market was very convenient.

Breakfast didn't work for us at all, so it wouldn't be a reason to choose this hotel. We got there a couple of hours before check-in and had to wait. The room was what we expected, with a balcony looking out over the city. We were away from 0820 until noon, but it hadn't been cleaned when we returned. I told the front desk, and they said it would take another 2 hours before they could service the room. Housekeeping didn't bring water or replace the used coffee cup.

At least it was quiet. The hotel itself was mediocre, with basic equipment and a very basic breakfast, just a pho. The picture on the website looks much better than the place does in reality.

The room was nice and clean, with good hot water and wifi. There’s no AC, and April felt stuffy even with the fan. Check-in took 20 minutes despite me being the only customer, though the man was nice. It's close to the town center. Across the road, a cafe plays very loud music every morning from 5AM. They never seem to have customers, and the coffee is terrible.
