Sea Night - Sea Home Hotel

Sea Night Hotel is a bargain, with large, quiet, clean rooms that are good quality. Some have balconies. There's no breakfast, but it's easy to find places to eat outside, or order food on Grab or Be from your phone. The linen is clean and the taps all work well. Recommended for short or medium stays.

We were charged 30% for checking out 45 minutes late, even though the hotel was empty and there were no customers waiting. The receptionist tried her best to waive the fee, but the owner was greedy. We thought it would be better to charge 30% extra, and we were planning to come back for another five nights. Now we'll stay somewhere else.

The room was clean, with a great balcony, and we enjoyed plenty of beers there. The area was nice and close to the beach. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. We struggled to find restaurants in Phan Thiet with English menus, but the staff quickly helped us and pointed us in the right direction.

The staff were polite and ready to help, and the rooms felt new and clean. At night, though, conversations from other people carried into the room. The soundproofing could be better.
