I stayed over the September 1st to 4th holiday, when accommodations were packed, so it was a challenge to find this place. Its high Google ratings led me to choose it, and I was pleased with how clean and well managed it was. The owners live there and look after it themselves, which kept the rooms and amenities very clean. I’d visited this area before and liked its local neighborhood feel, with a market and cute cafe nearby. Some decent restaurants are around a 10-minute walk away. I had a motorbike, so that distance wasn’t an issue. I think choosing a place where the owners are on site and manage it personally is a good way to get a satisfying stay. Their English isn’t very good, but it’s easy enough to communicate with a translator these days.

At night it’s very quiet, even though the homestay is close to the city center. The rooms get lots of natural light, and the owners are lovely and friendly. It’s new, clean and very affordable. They also rent motorbikes, including new Vision models, for a good price.

It’s quiet, the roads are easy to navigate, and you can rent a motorbike to get around. The homestay is clean and beautiful, and the owner is very friendly. If the view isn’t important to you, it’s worth staying here overnight before sightseeing.
