It was advertised as clean, but inside it was dusty and dirty. The hot water wasn’t working properly, and the reception staff were unprofessional. It was nothing like the ad and hurts Da Lat’s reputation.

The beds were comfortable, and the clean rooms smelled nice. It’s affordable and conveniently placed in the city center, within walking distance. Reception were helpful and gave good advice. I’ll definitely return! ^^

I’m grateful for how well the hotel handled things. I’d booked for November 21-23, but heavy rain and landslides meant I had to cancel the trip at the last minute. They were very helpful about changing the dates and held my room for quite a while. I haven’t stayed there yet, but I really appreciate their response.

I stayed with my grandmother and mother, and we all liked the room. It was spacious and clean. The owner was enthusiastic and trustworthy, and the location made it easy to eat out and see Da Lat. If I get the chance to come back, I’ll stay here again.

It’s close to the market and convenient for getting around. The staff were enthusiastic too. I highly recommend this place! ❤️
