The scooter charge was the worst part. We were quoted 200k per day, then charged 600k for what was actually 24 hours of rental. Staff said a day meant whatever they wanted it to mean, and laughed while saying they'd charge what they liked. They were rude, and other reviews describe the same attitude. I was told I had been overcharged for a day, despite being charged for three days for 48 hours. The rooms were expensive for their quality and location. This is my first negative review, but the staff's treatment was disgusting. Go somewhere else. The hotel replied, so here's my response. I'm the “foreigner” you mentioned. There was no confusion about the scooter price or what counted as a day. You lied. I didn't throw money “like charity”; I paid what I owed at the counter. You try to steal money, and other reviews describe the same experience. Don't talk down to my friends because I'm not Vietnamese. You're a terrible, rude business. Doing the job honestly isn't hard. We didn't have a garden view, so stop lying. Maybe accept criticism instead of staying aggressive and untruthful. Your cameras will show your staff angry and laughing. Feel free to share the footage. Đến lúc trả xe thì nói là tính tiền thuê kiểu trong ngày (200k/ngày) chứ k phải tính theo kiểu 1 ngày 24 giờ. Thuê đúng 24 tiếng nhưng nhân viên tính theo ngày là 48 tiếng 600k. THẬT HÀI HƯỚC !!!

The rooms come in several styles, each with a small balcony, and there's an elevator. My room was very clean, compact but practical for me and my dog. It had a medium-soft double bed, a fridge that worked well, a flat-screen TV with lots of channels, a little table and two chairs, a small wardrobe, and a private wet-style bathroom. The shower pressure was good, though the hot water was inconsistent, sometimes scalding and sometimes only lukewarm. It's a new, modern boutique hotel in the mostly quiet Golf Valley ward, within easy walking distance of central DaLat, including the lake, main streets, and temples. Restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and laundries are nearby. There's no air-conditioning, but that's usually fine in DaLat; fans are provided, and I'm usually an A/C junkie 🤣. WiFi works well throughout. The bed linen and towels were good quality, housekeeping came daily, and there's a small lobby with seating. They can provide basic meals and drinks cheaply, and there's partly covered motorbike parking out front. I liked it enough to extend my two-week stay by another week. The location was perfect, and the price was really cheap for DaLat. I've stayed twice and wouldn't look elsewhere if I return.

Staff were rude. They overcharged another customer, laughed about it, and refused to honor the price they'd originally quoted without telling them it had changed. I wish I'd stayed somewhere else.
