I couldn't stay even 10 minutes after renting the room. Everything was filthy, and the towels, blankets, sheets, and pillowcases didn't seem to have been washed. The smell was like a garbage dump, to put it mildly. I can't think of anything nice to say about this unbelievably dirty hotel.

The owner is new, and the place has been renovated and cleaned up. Five months ago it was awesome. The price is cheap for a spot in the center of Da Lat city.

It's close to plenty of places for rice, pho, and other food, and the owner is pleasant. The price is reasonable too. The room isn't soundproof, though. Even with the door shut, outside sounds still come through as if it were open.

The owner handled the situation in a terrible way, coming across as irresponsible and impolite.
