We’ve just finished our stay at the Ngoc Tran. The hotel is great for the price, and the owner/manager was amazing, so kind and helpful. She helped us book a chauffeur for a visit, and transport for after our stay. SIX stars for her! Google makes the hotel a bit hard to find, so it’s best to message the owner before you go.

It was lovely having a quiet place to stay, and our room looked out over the city. The service was fantastic too. She was happy to help with whatever we needed, and even went further. Thank you so much for everything!

A really laid-back hostel. The woman at reception was a big help when we asked about checking out late. Thanks!

The owner was such a lovely person, always available if we needed help, and she speaks excellent English. The hotel is right in the city center, with comfortable, very clean rooms. Breakfast was plentiful and really good too. Highly recommend it!

We hired a motorbike here, and it was excellent, with gas included. The owners also sorted out a bus to Saigon quickly by booking directly with the bus company, so we paid the actual fare without the extra service fees we'd encountered elsewhere or at travel agencies. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and breakfast was nutritious. We stayed for two nights at this family-run hostel and were really happy with the service, especially the owner's warmth and smile. Thank you.
