The price and location are the only real positives. The rooms were awful, with breadcrumbs still on the bedsheets. The owner had a terrible attitude and told us to leave our expensive motorbikes outside overnight or find another hotel. After a lot of arguing, we rearranged all the bikes for no reason and left them there. Otherwise, the place was horrible.

It's very cheap and well located, but the place felt pretty grimy. I wouldn't recommend it if hygiene matters to you. There was also an unpleasant plumbing or gas-like smell in the room.

I spent four nights at this hotel in Nha Trang. The rooms were very cheap, the staff were friendly, and the location is great, right by the beach and near the city center. The homemade ice cream they sell outside at night is delicious.
