Be careful with a long-term agreement here, and get every refund condition clearly written down and confirmed beforehand. I stayed under a direct monthly rental agreement and had a very negative experience. Cockroaches appeared regularly, and I have photos and videos. Cleanliness and housekeeping were poor, the appliances were unreliable, and maintenance was far below what had been promised. When I reported problems, responses were extremely slow and fixes kept getting delayed. It felt as if the issues were being dragged out instead of properly resolved. I eventually left early after repeated problems. Management refused to refund the remaining 15 days, saying a room change had solved everything, which it hadn't. They returned my deposit but offered no fair settlement for the unused time, even though the living conditions were clearly problematic. I'm attaching photos of the actual conditions during my stay.

We booked two sea-view apartments, with three people in each. At €35 per room per night, that came to €70 a night for all six of us. The apartments were super affordable, clean, and had everything you need. I slept wonderfully in the king-size bed. I'd recommend them.
