I came to look over an Aura Airbnb. The photos don't show how run-down the building is, especially considering it's only around ten years old. VinMart+ used to be the anchor tenant, but even they left last year because the area is so quiet. The newly opened Merperle across the street looks promising, though it makes the contrast even more obvious.

Being near the center lake is convenient, but relaxing here would be hard. The building is unfinished, the soundproofing is poor, and traffic noise carries day and night, with trucks and motorcycles constantly passing. The balcony is tiny, narrow, and very windy, so it's no good for hanging laundry. Pham hong thai str is right next to it, and the road is dirty and bumpy.

We found the room clean and large, with a nice view, and check-in was easy. There are restaurants within walking distance, and the cool floor was good for shootings 🙃📷. We'd probably book the same place when we come back.

There was nobody at reception when we arrived. We waited an hour for someone to check us in, but no one came or answered the phone, so we had to find somewhere else. Communication was poor.
