The staff were attentive and enthusiastic. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

At nearly 600k VND a night, this was a terrible experience, and I'll never stay here again. We booked a car ahead, but none was available when we arrived, and staff left us to sort out transport ourselves. They wouldn't let us check the security cameras when our belongings went missing. There was no room service or invoice. When the sheets were a little dirty, they asked for 200k VND to take them out to be washed, even though hotels don't usually wash bed sheets. The only good thing was the LG smart TV, which I didn't even need.
