One of the worst hotel stays I've had. The service was terrible from the start: we were given a room with two beds when we'd booked three. When I asked to switch, they said there wasn't a three-bed room in the hotel. I requested a refund and cancellation. First they claimed I hadn't paid, then, after I showed the payment confirmation, they said I had to ask Agoda to cancel, even though I'd booked through your website. After 30 minutes of arguing, they agreed to move us to a three-bed room for one night and said they'd contact customer service the next day. The room we got was dirty, with dirty bedding and yellow water from the sink. During our conversation, the employee went off to smoke and wouldn't provide service. We also asked for fresh, clean towels, but they wanted us to pay for them because laundry had already been done that day.

I’d seen some low ratings, but a friend booked the place for me and the room turned out to be very good. It was clean, tidy, and spacious, right in the city center, which was great.

The evening male receptionist had a really bad attitude, and I noticed he was often playing games. The room was awful too, damp and moldy. If zero stars were an option, I'd give it. I'll never come back.

The room was tiny when I arrived, nothing like the large room in the online pictures. It felt so cramped I could hardly breathe. I'd booked a single room for two people, but there was no drinking water and only one toothbrush. The whole stay was terrible.
