We booked a double room with a private bathroom and balcony, and were really happy with the service. Thang was lovely, spoke great English, and gave us good recommendations. She also made it easy to rent a bike, and we had our clothes laundered. The room was simple but clean, with what we needed, and the price was great. It's very central, with Vietnamese vendors right outside, so a street-facing room can get a little noisy. We'd stay again.

I liked having a window over the street from my top-floor room. The rooms were clean, and being on a main road made it easy to drive to the city center as a tourist.

I slept well because it was pretty quiet at night. The receptionist was lovely and happy to answer my questions. I stayed a few days and found the place quite good: the room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, though not especially luxurious. The price was reasonable, and I'll definitely come back.

Getting around is easy since it's near the city center, with a gas station next door and a convenience store across the road. The two receptionists are friendly and enthusiastic, and someone will come out if you call, even though the place is open 24/7. You can rent a new-model motorbike at the homestay for 120k a day. The room is very cheap, but soundproofing isn't great. And importantly, there are no ghosts!

The projector in the room was a great touch. Everything was clean, the staff were polite and professional, and the prices were reasonable. Definitely worth a visit.
