We booked more than six months ahead, then the reservation was cancelled less than a month before we were due to arrive, with no notification. We came all the way from Malaysia to Da Lat and ended up stranded with nowhere to stay. Think twice before booking here. I doubt you want to be wandering the streets like we were.

The room was pretty and the receptionist was nice, but they didn't give us the room with a bath that we'd booked. We could cancel for free, though it was still annoying.

I booked four nights through booking.com, but when I arrived the hotel was shut down, even though it was still possible to book online. Don't make the same mistake I did!

I was there for 10 days and had a really nice view and good light from my bedroom. The mattresses are hard, like in many other places in Vietnam. When I twisted my ankle during the stay, Lan Huong from the staff was very kind and helpful. I recommend the place and its people.

The room has a very good view, and there's an elevator. Parking is tight, though. The tap water pressure is good, but the hot water is so weak that taking a shower takes too long and gets cold.
