I booked through agoda, but when I got there the door was shut, everything was quiet, and there was no bell or staff around. The phone number on the app wasn’t real. I messaged through my booking and only got a reply that evening saying the door was still open. I’ve booked here once, and I won’t choose it again when I’m in Da Lat.
