Saigon Dalat Hotel

The room was spacious, with a balcony and good water pressure. Cleanliness was okay, and the room service prices seemed similar to places outside, though we didn’t try the food. The bathroom floor gets wet easily after a shower, so watch your step. The room was not very soundproof either. We heard a company karaoke event in the evening, but it ended around 10pm. The switches were confusing. To charge things overnight, make sure the lamp section is on at the central control and the red outlet lights are lit. At checkout in the morning, staff came into our room without knocking before we were ready, which felt very invasive and unprofessional. For airport transport, you can ask the hotel to call Lado taxi service, which is much cheaper than Grab.

The staff were consistently welcoming and professional, and we had a lovely stay. The hotel and rooms were very nice, and breakfast was nice too. I'd definitely recommend it.

The location and view were nice, the service was good, and the staff were friendly. On March 29, 2025, we had to leave at 3am for an early wedding photo shoot. The receptionist kindly called a cab to make sure we wouldn't be late. We got back at 10am, after breakfast time, and called to ask for some fruit. Instead, they prepared a proper breakfast for us, as shown below. Really professional, great customer service.

The room was large and clean, the location was good, and breakfast had a delicious range of food. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom, though, was dim and had a strange feel to it. I love baths, but something about it put me off, so I only took quick showers during the stay. One night my husband saw a ghost standing in the doorway and by the closet, which would explain the weird vibe. It didn’t do anything to him, so don’t worry. That’s why I gave four stars.
