For what we paid, it was more than good enough, even with sheets, pillows, and curtains that could be better. The owners were super friendly, the location was good, and there was hot water. They also rented scooters cheaply and helped us book our trip to Hoi An.

We were six people sharing the three double bedroom, and I'd absolutely recommend this hotel to other simple travellers. A very friendly, helpful family runs it and lives just downstairs, so they're there if you need anything.
