I spent my time at the hotel waiting in the lobby without understanding why. I arrived at 2 pm and wanted to know what was wrong with my room, but the owner kept telling me she had two hotels. I didn't want to stay at another one. She said “o my God” five times, and I couldn't tell what she meant. The young woman in the lobby was nice, but couldn't speak English, so the owner communicated with me through her phone. The owner's English came across as rude and unfriendly. It seemed like she wanted me to move to another hotel she described as better. I felt uneasy about the place and wouldn't recommend staying here in Da lat. She also seemed to put down my English, though I'm from California and now live in Melbourne, so I think it's good enough to communicate. If she couldn't provide the stay, she should have told the customer honestly instead of trying to persuade them to accept another “better” option, even if it was free.

The room was spacious and very clean, with a wonderfully comfortable bed. I've stayed at plenty of hotels, but this one is the best I've been to. The staff made me feel welcome from the start. They were kind, helpful, and always smiling. I can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

We stayed four nights, and every morning we felt like staying forever. I still miss the place and the people, especially her little daughter ♥️. The owner is a super woman, hardworking, friendly, kind, helpful, and always makes time for guests. The hotel is comfortable and has all the facilities you need, plus a lovely view from the room window. It's well placed for exploring Da lat, close to the bus station and about a 15 minute walk from the beautiful Lake. There are lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. I posted a photo for reference. 100% recommend 🙏.

The room was tidy and very clean, and the owner was helpful and spoke English well, so communication was easy. Don't be put off by the front foyer. Ask for a room with a window and you'll get amazing views towards the town center.

We got a warm welcome, a big smile, and helpful guidance when we arrived. The host was super friendly and supportive, and let us check in early after we reached Dalat at 6AM. Our room was neat and comfortable, with new, simple furniture. The price was affordable and the location was nice too. I'd definitely consider staying here on a future Dalat trip ☺️.
