The room’s a bit old fashioned, but that didn’t bother us. The location is great, the staff are professional, and we were welcomed with warm tea. Good value for the price!

Right in the heart of Dalat city, with a good price for both the stay and food. The bedroom is average, but breakfast was good quality, with tasty food suited to Vietnamese tastes, served in a clean dining room.

We’re tourists from Canada, and this was our first stay at TTC NGỌC LAN. The service was excellent. Every staff member deserves 5 stars, from the doorman and bell boys to all the front desk staff. If there were 10 stars, we’d give them 10 🌟. Our only suggestions are to add window screens so bugs can’t come in when the windows are open, and to clean or replace the shower curtain. We’ll definitely return and recommend the hotel to others.

The room and hallway smelled bad, and there was no air conditioning. Instead of a bed, there was a mattress. At checkout I was told the slippers were missing, so I gathered they were supposed to be provided.
