We moved here after a disappointing stay elsewhere and found this a very convenient base for a week in Dalat. Dalat Market and well-known places for Pho, Nem Nuong, and Banh Mi are all within walking distance, and the lake is handy for a morning jog. It was good value for the location. The room had an elevator and the strongest mini-fridge I've ever used. There was mold in the bathroom and some ants, and housekeeping could be better, though it was acceptable for the price. They only provide tea, so we picked up morning coffee at Go! Market. The walls are thin enough to hear footsteps and plumbing upstairs, but most guests were considerate and we slept well six of our seven nights.

The big windows were lovely, and the friendly staff were always helpful. It's a simple place, but good value and a handy base for a few days, with town easy to reach on foot. Being able to check out at 12pm and store our bags was really useful.

Our family of four had enough space in the modern room, and the large window looked out over town. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. I accidentally booked three nights, but they sorted it out for me without charging anything extra.

We asked to cancel and check out right after arriving. The staff made the cancellation difficult at first, and only agreed after we showed them the Booking cancellation terms and insisted. The room was old, with defects everywhere, bugs, and mold that smelled really bad. Front desk service was poor, and communication was only through Google Translate.

They said I could stay in the same room, but after I'd booked and paid in full, they kept telling me to check my booking again when I returned. It felt like they were playing tricks. I'm not getting scammed here.
