TTR Studio

The room was filthy, with mold, black marks on the sink, and a bathroom counter held together with tape. The fan had so much dust it could probably kill a horse, and the sheets smelled of someone else's hair products. The pillowcases and sheets also had yellow stains. They said the room was hypoallergenic and had air conditioning, but there was no AC. We booked because of the high Booking rating, and it looked nothing like the pictures. The guy at reception was friendly, but didn't seem to know what he was doing. We left after the first night and found another place. A week later, I'm still trying to get the refund they promised. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.

We were there during Tet, lunar new year, so maybe we should have been more understanding. The staff were friendly enough, though distracted by Tet preparations and family. The hotel is centrally located and has contemporary design, but it wasn't very functional. We had to balance the kettle on two pot noodles to plug it in, as the picture shows. The sixth floor was still under construction. Noise wasn't really an issue for us, but the builders blocking the fire escape was a problem.

The manager was nice and helped us a lot, but the room was in bad shape. It smelled awful, wasn't clean, and had lots of stains and scratches. The interior didn't look as nice as the pictures. There was mold everywhere, even on the pillows, so we left after one night.

We'd booked a room with a terrace, but on arrival they gave us a dreadful room facing a wall, with no windows and a bad smell. We had to pay extra for a better room. It was nicer, but there were loud bangs from some device in the corridor day and night. The kitchen tea towel smelled awful. We wanted to post the same review on Booking, but for some reason couldn't.
