Really good location. The rooms are a little old, but clean enough, and the quality is fair for the price.

The room was extremely uncomfortable because it had no air conditioner, only a fan, and the window opened about 10% of the way. It felt very hot even though it was cool outside, and the fan dried out my eyes. Everything else was good, including the location near the city center and night market, and they provided an umbrella for the rain. Still, staying in that room was really unpleasant.

Laundry was much more expensive at the hotel than at a local laundry firm, which charged 120K (£4) by weight and included pickup and drop-off. The hotel charged per item and would have cost 690k (£23). My room, 603, also had a weak aircon with only an on/off switch, and its window looked onto a wall close enough to touch. Being next to the lift meant constant pings and a thud whenever the doors closed, which got annoying fast. Staff used room 602 to store clean bedding and put a cleaning trolley opposite my door, so from 7:30/8am there was constant noise outside while I was trying to relax.

My family received the best service here. It was really touching, and I couldn’t have asked for better. The staff are true service experts, and I’d recommend the hotel to other customers. I’m always wishing it continued growth and success.
