The reception guy is why we keep coming back. He greets us in the lobby, opens the door, takes our luggage, and checks that the room is clean. He’s so kind and friendly, and the attention he gives us is impeccable. This was our second stay, and we’re still happy with it. We paid just $16 a night for a deluxe double room with floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s simple but very clean, with the basics we need: a comfortable bed, hot standing shower, fan, small fridge, and free water. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, close to the city center, and they have different room types for couples or larger groups. I can’t recommend the service enough.

My queen and I had a great time staying here in Da Lat, and I’d highly recommend it. The facilities and interior feel like five-star quality, as does the service, so I wonder why it’s rated two stars. We didn’t get the staff member’s name, but the professional guy in my uploaded picture carried our heavy luggage from the basement to the lobby and then to our room. He was friendly and helped us get in touch with our bus service providers. When we couldn’t find a Grab ride, he called one for us.

The hotel change turned out to be a nice surprise. I was moved here because of a problem with the room at the hotel I’d booked, and they even gave me a discount for the switch. The staff were really kind and helpful, and I felt well looked after. Service: 💯 For the affordable price, the room had the basics. It was clean and spacious, with three beds, a TV with YouTube, and internet, which I liked. The location is almost in the city center, so well-known places are easy to get to. Thanks so much! Five stars well deserved 💖💖💖

The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. They made everything easy and comfortable from check-in through check-out. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back. Highly recommend!

The staff were really friendly and the rooms were nice, but the cleanliness was awful. We found black hair on the towels, then noticed lots of someone’s bogies stuck to the wall beside the bed. Moving the bed uncovered a Durex wrapper, a used tissue, hair, and a lot of dirt. We got the cleaners to sweep it out the next morning when they came for room service.
