Airport Homestay 2

We booked one night here before our flight, after trying a few other places, and found it one of the best for the price. The photos matched what we found in person, which we appreciated. It's very close to the airport, the mattress was comfortable, and the rooms were cared for and clean. The place had what we needed, including a really nice hair dryer and air conditioning. The host was super friendly and helpful. The bathroom could have been cleaned and maintained a little better. It also seemed to lack ventilation, so the humidity stayed in, though that's an issue all over Vietnam and it wasn't as bad as at other places. We had a few mosquitoes in the room, but they didn't disturb our sleep. Bring mosquito spray.

The staff were friendly, and the place was cheap and convenient. I booked it to rest before my flight, but a steady stream of mosquitoes kept waking me up. I killed around 20-30 and couldn't figure out how they got in. I thought it might be the AC and turned it off, but they kept appearing from nowhere.

We booked the simplest room for a daylong stay before an early flight, but they moved us to a larger one with a beautiful view. The wall paintings and scented shower gel were lovely little details. The service was the best, and staying here is a great idea.

The location was great, the place surprisingly quiet, and the staff were friendly. For the price it was okay, but cleanliness wasn't good. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, the sink and mirror were dirty, and the toilet paper was old and grubby. I found a cockroach crawling on the duvet. There's no extractor fan venting the bathroom outside, so it stays humid unless you open all the doors to air it out.
