Thi Thi made a real difference during our stay. She was warm and professional from check-in, helped us pick excursions, and got everything organized. The breakfast buffet was fresh, plentiful, and had lots of tasty choices. The hotel itself is comfortable, lovely, and clearly well cared for, and we felt welcomed and looked after from the start. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone visiting. Thanks to the whole team for making the stay so memorable.

The staff were kind and quick to help, and their suggestions for places to eat led us to some delicious local food. After days out, the hotel was a comfortable, cozy place to unwind. Its peaceful setting is also very handy for exploring Hoi An: the lantern village, walking streets, and other main sights are all close by. We felt well looked after and had a memorable stay. We’d gladly return and recommend it to other visitors.

We got a complimentary upgrade, and the room came with a little balcony for a quiet break plus Netflix on the TV, which was great after long days out. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were always smiling and welcoming, and the room was cleaned carefully every day. We were so happy with our stay and would absolutely recommend the hotel. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks to the whole team! 💫

The courtyard has a lovely, peaceful feel, and the neighborhood stays quiet even though the Old Town is only about a five-minute walk away. During my Vietnam trip, this has been the most comfortable hotel I’ve stayed in so far. My room was roomy, clean, and well looked after. The staff were welcoming throughout, and breakfast had a nice selection and tasted good. I’d recommend staying here and would happily come back.

The buffet breakfast at the on-site restaurant has plenty to choose from, and the hotel also has spa facilities. There’s a wood-oven pizza place that’s one of the best Italian restaurants. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel, just an easy eight-minute walk from the Old Town. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in town.
