The rooftop pool and city views were lovely, and you can see a large Buddha statue across from the hotel glowing at night. Our room was clean and had the essentials, and reception staff were generally friendly and helpful during our stay. Still, I changed this review after checkout: the receptionist asked me to leave a Google review, took my phone when I opened the app, and wrote a five-star review for himself. That felt unprofessional and suspicious. Management should stop staff from manipulating reviews. The location is isolated, with no restaurants or convenience stores nearby; it’s at least a 20-minute walk to find anything. The windows don’t open, so fresh air depends entirely on the air conditioning. The pillows were hard and made it difficult to sleep well. Bathroom mirrors were chipped in several spots, and the taps often ran hot even when set to cold. It was a decent stay, but the rooms need better maintenance.

It’s a bit far from the beach and central attractions, so you’ll probably need a Grab or taxi. Some guests mention noise getting through, and the rooftop restaurant isn’t always operating. Still, it offers good value as a comfortable mid-range stay. Rooms are spacious and clean, with many having balconies overlooking the river or city, nice for sunsets or a quiet break after exploring. Travelers often find the staff friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is a welcome way to cool off, and practical touches include free Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, and a 24-hour reception. A solid four-star choice for a relaxing base in Da Nang.
