After we checked in, the room had no water at all. I asked for some and was told they were out. They also had no extra blankets when I requested one. Then, around 7:30 PM, guests were checking out while one staff member slept and another stayed on their phone, only coming out to handle check-in when called. The staff attitude, service, and facilities were all terrible. I won't be giving this place another chance.

The beach is right nearby, so you can catch sunrise or sunset, take a breezy evening walk, or find sports activities along the shore. The staff were attentive and enthusiastic, and the receptionist was especially helpful during my stay. I felt at home and comfortable here, and the service was excellent. A lovely place to enjoy yourself.

Really stylish rooms and a beautiful hotel, with polite staff too. It seems especially suited to couples. I had a good stay and would come back.

The hot water comes from solar power, which helps save electricity, but during my stay it never got properly warm, even with the tap turned all the way to the left. The bathrooms also drained poorly, apparently because rubbish had built up, so I took out the drain stopper myself to help the water flow. The facilities are generally decent, though the place had only reopened about a month earlier after a pandemic-related closure, according to the receptionist, and it wasn't very clean. There seemed to be too few staff, with many COVID-19 cases around. This reflects the conditions at the time of my visit.

I booked ahead a few days, but after arriving I waited 40 minutes without seeing a receptionist. Then I was told there wasn't a room for me. It messed up my work. Really disappointing.
