Banana Flower Homestay

Good service, and for the price it’s ok. The beds are really big and comfy, and having dehumidifiers is a great plus. My room didn’t have a window, which was a bit disappointing, though at least it was quiet and away from the street. The shower area needs work since water leaks past the glass divider and collects around the toilet.

We spent five nights here while visiting friends and family, and I’d happily return to Banana Flower Homestay. It has more of a boutique hotel feel, with a handy location: a coffee shop is right across the road, lots of good places to eat are nearby, and the wet market is within walking distance. The apartment is close enough to the center to sit by the big street-facing window and watch people go by, or relax on the couch with a book. Our studio was spacious and had a comfortable bed, plus a heat plate, cups, pots, pans, cutlery, and a knife. Ha Linh was kind and quick to answer my questions. She can arrange a car and driver if you need one, and you can hire a 50cc motorbike from the homestay to get around the city without worrying about traffic police or needing a licence. Bottled water is available by the reception counter, and the room was serviced with fresh towels each day.

We only stayed for one night, but left really happy. The place is modern and very clean, and Linh has such positive energy. She got in touch to check our arrival time, then greeted us and showed us everything. Fully recommend 🩵

Linh was a legend, super friendly and helpful. The place felt safe and well looked after, in a nice neighbourhood. There are heaps of cafes, local food spots, and shops within walking distance, and the location is right in the middle of the action in Da Nang while still being quiet and chilled out. The apartment was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. Great value for a central, peaceful spot. I’d stay again for sure.
