Getting to the centre takes a little effort, so I’d suggest a scooter or bicycle. Still, this was probably the best homestay I’ve had. The owner was so welcoming that I felt at home right away, and breakfast was good. The room was spotless and smelled freshly clean as soon as I walked in. It seemed recently renovated. Hoi An can have serious damp and mold problems, but I didn’t run into any here. The AC worked well and the room stayed dry.

The owner made the stay especially fun. He was incredibly kind, accommodating, and hilarious. Our room was roomy and very clean, and breakfast was delicious, especially the banana pancake. Everything was perfect. Best place I’ve stayed ❤️

Sang is an absolute legend. The rooms were clean and we got fresh towels every day. The place is just outside town, in a great spot. Stay here if you’re visiting Hoi An.

We stayed four nights and I’d happily return. It was peaceful, away from central Hoi An’s crowds, though town is still walkable. A Grab bike to the beach or Old Town cost 22k. Our room and bathroom were spacious, quiet, and clean. The owner was so friendly and helpful, and served a good breakfast.
