Beach Haven Suites Hoi An

The apartments were roomy, modern, comfortable, and well kept. Having Netflix included was a nice extra. We also appreciated how friendly the front desk lady, night watchman, and room cleaner were with our family. The beach is an easy walk, with good restaurants right nearby; Hoi An old town is about a 10-minute Grab ride away. We had a great stay and would come back. Dong at the front desk made our stay so easy. She shared nearby food, coffee, and beach spots, arranged a moped rental, helped with our laundry, and even assisted me with an airline reservation. We were made to feel like royalty from the minute we arrived. The rooms have everything you need, were cleaned daily, and had comfy beds. I liked having both a fan and air-conditioning, and the pool was a lovely temperature. It’s on a quiet street, with security all night. We’re grateful we stayed and hope to return soon. We came as three friends and had such a good time. The location works really well for a beach break, with lots of food and spa choices nearby, and ancient town only about 15 minutes away. Our apartment was clean and modern, with a large bathroom and a balcony facing the restaurants across the road. The staff were lovely and knew the area well, with helpful tips on activities and places to eat. There’s also an overnight security guard, which helped us feel safe. I’d happily stay here again, and would give it ten stars if I could 😍

We found the rooms modern and well equipped, and the beach was beautiful, with several great beach bars and restaurants just a five-minute walk away. Anh, the housekeeper, did a great job and worked around our schedule. The hotel manager, Anh, was kind, very welcoming, and great at communicating. This was the best accommodation we experienced in Vietnam.
