New World Phu Quoc Resort

The morning yoga sessions and gym were especially enjoyable and well organized, and the lunch choices were a standout. We spent 4 days at New World Resort, where the friendly, helpful staff and excellent service made for a wonderful stay. There was plenty of delicious food to choose from, and so many activities on site that we didn't need to go elsewhere for entertainment. The pool area was clean and pleasant, and the peaceful, scenic setting suited a relaxing family holiday. One thing that could be better: when we first entered the room, it hadn't been cleaned properly. There was still some trash, especially under the bed. I'd recommend it to families looking for a comfortable, beautiful place.

We felt welcome and well looked after from arrival through departure. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of places to relax. It felt safe and comfortable for the whole family, including children, and guests of all ages. The food was just as memorable, with varied dishes that looked lovely and tasted great. Every meal felt special, and you could tell care had gone into the quality and presentation. A lovely setting, thoughtful service, and excellent meals made this a relaxing family getaway. We'd highly recommend it.

I really didn't want to go home. The spot is fantastic, right by the waterfront, and people around the area are friendly too. The food was incredible, to the point that everything else tastes worse now. The place itself is kept so clean and beautiful, like nothing could be wrong with it. And the staff are lovely. They treat you like a friend and seem to read what you're comfortable with. They can keep things professional or be more casual without crossing a line, which is a real skill. You have to see it to understand how this place feels like stepping into another world. It heightens your senses and leaves you feeling like you're dreaming.

The villas have lots of space, and the private pool overlooking the beach is beautiful. New World Phu Quoc Resort was clean throughout, and the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. We had a wonderful stay. A great choice for a family trip or a relaxing break, highly recommended.
