After eight weeks traveling around Vietnam, this was my worst hotel stay. The bed was dirty and the sheets smelled bad, and I realized they hadn’t been changed. I was disgusted and could barely sleep. I asked the staff to change them the next morning. I paid in advance through Agoda, then arrived to find a third-floor room facing the street. The windows wouldn’t close properly, so it felt like sleeping on the street, and the noise was unbearable. I asked to move, but the only other room available had carpet and a terrible smell. The toilet smelled as if the previous guest hadn’t flushed, so I chose the noisy room instead. I might have put up with mold in a dirty bathroom, a broken lamp, and old furniture, but the smell and unclean bed were unacceptable. It was cheap, but not worth it. I can’t recommend this hotel because of the poor hygiene.

I’m filing a formal complaint because this was a disgrace. I woke up covered in itchy bites, especially on my legs. It looks like bed bugs or fleas, and I’ve attached photos because this is about health and hygiene, not just opinion. There were three of us paying for the room, but it was only set up for two, with water, coffee, and glasses for two people. When I mentioned it to the cleaning lady the next day, she denied it, said she wouldn’t give me an extra coffee sachet or water bottle, then left without listening or offering a solution. The staff handled the situation terribly. With so many hotels nearby, don’t stay here. The hygiene, service, and staff attitude made the experience unacceptable.

They advertise that pets are accepted at no charge, but after I booked, I messaged to confirm and was told they don’t accept pets. That’s a service they claim to offer but don’t provide. Booking.com hasn’t acted on it, and I’m the customer left taking the loss. So disrespectful. Fix your profile!

Good value for the money, and only about a five-minute walk from Dragon Bridge. The staff were easy to communicate with and happy to help with anything.

The bed looks like it hasn’t been cleaned properly, with strands of hair all over it. The mattress is ancient and completely sunk in the middle. There’s rust and dust covering the fan.
