Bonny Boutique Hotel Da Nang

I really liked the room's design, especially the wood and plants. There were some faux plants, but plenty of real ones too. It was a studio with a kitchenette, bathroom, and balcony, and the partial wall between the bed and kitchenette made the layout feel nicely divided. There was lots of floor space for luggage, and the balcony overlooking the pool had chairs for relaxing. The nearby construction noise didn't bother me, though mosquitoes did, so I bought spray. The pool and sauna were nice to have, with towels, life vests, and a shower room nearby. That shower room had so many mosquitoes that going in felt unpleasant. The main issue was cleaning. I booked a premier double with a pool view, and the room looked lovely at first, but I found coffee residue in the cups by the bed and gunk in the kitchenette sink strainer. There was also a spill in the closet and residue on the bathroom shampoo ledge. I understand those last spots are easy to miss, but the cups and sink should be clean before a guest arrives. I checked in late and couldn't wait until the next day, so I cleaned things myself. All the points I took off for service were because of this. The staff were helpful with the sauna, laundry details, and ordering breakfast, and they spoke English. Laundry was convenient: leave it in the basket outside the room and it comes back clean and folded within 24 hours. Breakfast could be ordered from the room menu in advance. The food was decent, though I wouldn't recommend it. It's quite far out by Da Nang standards, but peaceful and away from the crowds. I'd suggest it if you're after somewhere outside the city center. Still rating it high because I loved the design.
