Tru by Hilton Da Nang City Centre

I'd usually pass on Tru by Hilton brands in America, but my week here in Da Nang changed my mind. The whole staff made me feel at home and were extremely accommodating. The location is convenient, breakfast has a good range of tasty choices, and I loved the music playing through the lobby. I plan to come back on a future trip soon. :)

The staff made arrival and checkout really easy, and they were lovely throughout. My room was clean, breakfast each morning was good quality, and the laundry service was handy. Bring exact change for the machine, though, since it doesn't return money.

We made good use of the gym and laundry area, and the staff were attentive to making our stay pleasant. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast had a decent range, and getting to the tourist sights was quick and convenient. We enjoyed staying here and would recommend it.

I stayed for 24 days in September after two disappointing nights at another property in DAD. The riverside location is great, though there is construction noise. Ask for an ‘08’ room. The staff were amazing, and even the GM came around to check that things were okay. The rooms are small but practical, with great air conditioning and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was nice, even when I just wanted fruit and coffee. Upstairs, the breakfast restaurant area worked well as a place to work, and there was also a very good gym and self-service laundry. I'd recommend it for a short or long stay in DAD if you're watching your budget.
