This hotel is so quiet and feels safe. Other places I booked during my time in Da lat were noisy from street traffic or dogs barking. The staff were professional and very helpful throughout, and Vu booked my bus trip to Nha Trang. My room felt magical and smelled amazing. Breakfast was one of a kind. The whole place is light, airy, spacious, and welcoming.

Flowers fill the lovely garden and all the floors. The hotel is in a quiet alley, so it's not noisy at night. My room was good and clean, and breakfast was nice, though more Vietnamese in style. The dining area is beautiful, too. It's not far from Crazy house and the church. The staff were kind, friendly, hospitable, and helpful, and they can speak English if you need it.

It's not an expensive hotel, around €35.00 a night, so maybe you can't expect more for that price. The entrance with all the plants is beautiful, but the rooms are average and there was mold in several spots in the bathroom. Breakfast was really mediocre: white bread, egg, banana, and a spongy croissant. We asked for yoghurt, which they arranged for the next day. Staff were a bit clumsy. They dragged our suitcases through the rain instead of rolling them on the wheels. The room wasn't really cleaned either. Tea hadn't been refilled, and yesterday's dirty cups were still there.
