Villa Tuan Vu Da Lat

We booked a room on trip.com and stayed one night. At first, they asked us to pay extra for a room we’d already paid for, which upset us. Later, the manager gave us a room because we were from Russia. We were very grateful 🙏

The family room worked well for our group of three, and the hot water was perfect for the climate. The door was broken when we arrived, and the location is quite far from the center. If you plan to stay past checkout, you should book an extra day. I asked reception for a late checkout on a weekday, but he said they didn’t offer half-day stays and had no room for us. Yet when I checked the website I’d booked on, this room still showed as available.

I left after one night, even though I’d booked three based on the good reviews. Our basement room had no window and was shabby, moldy, and stinking. Black worms were crawling on the wall, and the bedding was stained and dirty. It was disgusting, and noisy at night, too. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far away from this place.

It’s 6 kms from the city center, out in the countryside of Da lat. The rooms are nice, and if you want peace, quiet, and great views, this is a great place to stay.
