ADELA Hotel Dalat

I was overcharged when I requested an e-invoice, even though all the tax had been paid. The location was bad for me, far from major attractions and restaurants. Customer service was the worst I’ve encountered: the woman at reception never smiled and seemed completely uninterested in helping. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend the hotel, and I’d advise people to think twice before booking. Other hotels in the area offer more convenient locations, better service, and more reasonable prices.

I really liked the Christmas decorations here. Breakfast focused on quality over quantity, which I appreciated. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and everyone was attentive and super helpful.

The location is a little hidden in a small alley off Huong Vuong street, but there’s room to park a small automobile. The staff were genuinely accommodating and very friendly. The rooms are spacious, well designed, new, and super clean. A+++

It’s slightly away from the center of Dalat town, so outside noise didn’t disturb us at all. The hotel is new, clean, and spacious, and the staff are very welcoming and friendly.
