The staff made our two-night stay at Hai Phong Harbour View Hotel really easy, from check-in through checkout. They were attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout. The heritage design and decor give the hotel a lot of character and charm. We didn't get to try the gym or spa, but breakfast was a lovely extra, with a good range of quality food. Our room was immaculate and comfortable, and we slept well both nights without being disturbed. The hotel is centrally located and easy to reach by taxi. It also has two onsite restaurants serving local and European food, and we had lunch and dinner at the cozy Cheers Pub near the lobby. We had a comfortable, care-free stay and would happily come back. Highly recommend it for the service and the hotel.

I stopped by to visit a friend and asked reception for some information. Ms. Anna was warm and answered all my questions. The reception and restaurant staff were very good. If I get the chance, I'll come back to use their services.

I got to check out at 2 PM without paying extra when the city was flooded, which was really kind of them. The hotel has a charming classic French vintage style, and the rooms are clean. The food was tasty too. Highly recommended for a visit to Hai Phong.

The wood-fired pizza at Avani Hai Phong Harbour View was a real treat during my recent stay. I chose the Margherita, and the fresh basil, melted mozzarella, and rich tomato sauce worked beautifully together. Its crust was crisp outside but still soft and chewy inside, with fresh toppings in generous amounts. The traditional wood oven gave it a smoky, rustic flavor, and even the aroma had me looking forward to that first bite. The dining area felt welcoming, with a nice mix of comfort and elegance. Paired with good service and excellent food, it made for a memorable meal. Highly recommended!

The wood-fired pizza is especially good, so you really should try it. We also enjoyed the food and drinks, the professional service, and the breathtaking scenery during our stay. If you're looking for comfort, relaxation, and a place to chill, this is it. Highly recommend.
