The staff were really friendly. Their English wasn't great, but Google Translate made things easy, and one of the ladies even found a bowl and chopsticks for the Pho I ordered through Grab. I was there for five nights on my first Da Lat visit, and would absolutely stay again. It's a clean, quaint hotel right in the middle of Da Lat, with easy walks to Da Lat Lake, the Market, and the park. Big C Supermarket / Shopping Center is just a one-minute walk away. My room had a nice hot shower and a TV with Vietnamese channels and some English ones. There may be karaoke or dogs at night, which is normal here in Vietnam. I'm a heavy sleeper, so it didn't bother me. Just remember to shut the window. A+++
