The staff were especially helpful when the street flooded at checkout time. They made sure we could leave and were friendly and flexible throughout. The rooms were inexpensive, clean, comfortable, and had AC, which felt like great value for the price. We also liked the location for visiting the imperial palace and going out to dinner in Hue. Highly recommend.

Than Thien Friendly Hotel is a lovely, well-kept place with a great spot in Hue and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff are approachable and the service was amazing for the price. The story behind the owner and hotel is incredible. Highly recommended. 🫶

We spent three nights here while cycling through Vietnam. They let us keep our bicycles in the hallway, where they felt fully secure, and the friendly staff made everything easy and stress free. The whole hotel is carefully looked after and very clean. We also thought the quality for the price was excellent. ✅

Breakfast was a real bonus: lots of choice, plenty of it, and delicious. Our room was spacious, bright, and clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We stayed nearly a week in Hue, and this has been our favorite hotel in Vietnam so far.
